Il contenuto di questo corso sarà dedicato alla costruzione della propria prospettiva professionale post-dottorato.
Attraverso le video lezioni, forniremo alcune coordinate generali e comunicheremo i tutorial più pratici da utilizzare quando i dottorandi dovranno effettivamente lavorare sui propri materiali di autopromozione.
Nel webinar sincrono, invece, accoglieremo le domande e accenneremo ad alcune criticità alla base della transizione professionale dei ricercatori uomini e donne in particolare, come le lacune linguistiche, i pregiudizi e le dinamiche di (de)motivazione, stimolando la discussione di esperienze reali.

The content of this course will be dedicated to building your own post-doctoral professional perspective.
Through the video lessons, we will provide some general coordinates and communicate the more practical tutorials to be used when doctoral students actually have to work on their own self-promotion materials.
In the synchronous webinar, on the other hand, we will welcome questions and mention some critical issues underlying the professional transition of male and female researchers in particular, such as language gaps, prejudices and dynamics of (de)motivation, stimulating the discussion of real experiences.
